WISPA is a cross community women’s project which works to identify gaps existing in local communities with regards to women’s health. Our aim is to provide increased opportunities for women to access affordable fun based physical activity programmes.
WISPA encourages and supports women of all ages to become more physically active in their everyday life and empowers them to make healthier lifestyle choices thereby improving their overall health & wellbeing.
As WISPA has grown it has built on its reputation for providing good quality programmes designed to meet the needs, abilities and fitness levels of the women participating.
What we offer:
We offer a wide range of activities such as Aerobics, Dancercise, Boxercise, Pilates, Circuit Training, Armchair Aerobics and many more.
All our classes are delivered by fully qualified female instructors.
We work with individuals, groups and other community based health projects.
We deliver tailored physical activity programmes or tasters sessions to compliment health events or health programmes
