WISPA -  encourages women to participate in enjoyable fun based physical activity programmes, which will enhance their overall health and well-being.

WISPA  - supports women of all ages to lead a healthier lifestyle especially with the issues of obesity and mental health being so prevalent today.

WISPA -  offer groups, projects and individuals a range of physical activity based classes/programmes. 

WISPA delivers taster sessions and programmes design to suit the individual needs of the women particpating.

Some of the activities we offer:

* AEROBICS * DANCERCISE * BOXERCISE * BOOTCAMPS* YOGA * WALKING * CYCLING........and many more.

*WISPA would welcome any partnership working with groups/projects who are encouraging women to lead healthier lifestyles through physical activity.
