We are excited to bring back our popular Kundalini Yoga Class to the Spectrum Centre with Coach Claire. All exercises can be adapted to suit your ability. Please read all the information below and book in online.

    • Spectrum Centre, Shankill Road
    • Mondays 5:30pm – 6:30pm  
    • Starting 12th January (excluding 9th Feb)
    • £1 per session
    • 10 week programme
    • You will need a mat for these sessions
