We are excited to bring back our popular Pilates Class to Whiterock Leisure Centre with Coach Tracy. All exercises can be adapted to suit your ability. Please read all the information below and book in online.

    • Saturdays 8:45-9:45am
    • Starting 11th April (excluding 16th May & 6th June)
    • £1 per session
    • 9 week programme
    • You will need a mat for these sessions
