Self-Defence Session – IWD

To celebrate the run up to International Women’s Day 2026 we are holding a one off Self-Defence Session with Coach Rakia in Avoniel Leisure Centre. This taster session of self-defence is with a qualified instructor and all female group. During this session you will learn tips and tricks to stay safe. Refreshments are included.
