Online-Thrive Through Menopause
We are pleased to bring back our Menopause expert Vicki Causer to deliver a 4 week online Zoom Programme. These sessions are open to all new women and also past participants of our Menopause programmes. Menopause can feel confusing, frustrating, and honestly a bit overwhelming — but you’re not powerless in it. This online programme is a down-to-earth introduction to menopause: what’s happening in the body, why symptoms show up, and what you can do to feel more in control. We’ll cover practical, evidence-based strategies around movement, lifestyle, and simple daily habits that can help reduce symptom impact and improve wellbeing. Everyone is welcome, but it’s especially relevant for women aged 40+.
