Our casual coaches have created a number of ‘Home Workouts’ for you to complete at home. You can complete these workouts from the comfort of your own home with little/no equipment needed. You can find a playlist of home workouts on our YouTube channel shown below.

Versus arthritis workout videos

Ladies in Lockdown- 4 Week Home Plan

We are delighted to say that we are offering this FREE 4 week home workout plan to women who feel they need a little bit of extra motivation to keep active while at home. This plan has been designed by Coach Claire Grattan Logan. Claire has designed each session so that little/no equipment is needed.

All we ask of you is that you have a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard 3 times a week. We will be there from start to finish with demonstration videos of each session on our YouTube channel.

The plan has 12 sessions in total with the aim of completing 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks. There is no set time for each session- fit them into your daily routine and do it whenever suits you! This plan is suitable for everyone- beginners included. We want to keep you active and smiling until we are able to see you again! Contact us and we will send you through the details.

We have a variety of 30 DAY workout guides designed by Coach Kim pictured below. The aim of these challenges are to help you build a workout into your daily routine whether it be before/after work or in between playtime with the kids! We have covered the following areas of the body: Abs, Booty, Arms, Legs, Cardio & Fitness.  Save these images to your phone and mix and match your exercises, picking from the different challenges every day to keep your workout varied and interesting… 

We also have our 12 days of F.A.B. Home Workout guides included below that can be done at home with no equipment. You can also save these workouts to complete any time! 

Pre/Post Natal Workouts

Coach Kim has also designed a number of home exercises below which are suitable for pre/post pregnancy. Kim is pictured below at 31 weeks pregnant at home doing her pregnancy exercises 

Kim’s mother and baby workout video is also shown below with her eight-month-old Clara. Coach Kim swears by all these exercises, before during and after pregnancy!
